Manulife launches E-delivery with Ticoon
Manulife Financial clients can now be enrolled for electronic delivery of documents via data feed or via user interface.
Financial statements and trade confirmations are fed to the Ticoon system and are made available leveraging the existing Ticoon’s Advisor Desktop and Investor Portal interfaces where thousands of Manulife advisors and investors have already access to their investments, insurance and banking information and reports.
Currently Ticoon’s E-delivery solution supports the distribution of statements and confirms document types coming from Manulife source systems and enables firms to turn off their document print and traditional mail programs (paperless).
Ticoon’s E-delivery solution meets investment, banking & insurance regulatory standards as well as government & compliance requirements.

Rogers Group Financial (“RGF”) goes live with Ticoon wealth management as-a-service
RGF, a boutique wealth management firm catering to high net worth investors has launched Ticoon’s Wealth Management solution for it’s financial advisors and investors. RGF has partnerships with multiple financial institutions, insurance companies, banks and leverages Ticoon to create a consolidated financial view of their client’s portfolio. Ticoon’s advisor desktop provides RGF advisors with client management and consolidated reporting, while the investor portal provides clients with online access to information and documents as well as the ability to communicate with their advisor via secure messaging.

Ticoon adds a senior Life Insurance executive to the team
Ticoon announced today the addition of Gil Quesnelle to the Ticoon’s sales team. Gil is responsible for building out Ticoon’s insurance business in the life carrier and MGA space. Gil brings to Ticoon, over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry with an advantageous background of working in both the client and vendor segments of the insurance market.
11 years of Gil’s experience have been in the distribution management insurance space, implementing and selling commission and web agency systems for use by Insurance Carriers, MGA’s & Brokers and Dealers.
Prior to joining Ticoon, Gil served as Client Manager for SunGard’s Enterprise Incentive Management business unit, formally DSPA software. Gil managed various implementations through out North America during his 11 year tenure with SunGard/DSPA software.

Ticoon announced the addition of V.P. Product
Ticoon is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Donati as V.P. Product. Mike brings over 20 years of executive experience in the financial services and insurance technology sector as a specialist in enterprise application development, technology consulting, client and partner relationship management, sales, marketing and business development.
In his new role Mike will be responsible for the overall strategy and development of Ticoon’s wealth management products and data consolidation programs.
Prior to joining Ticoon, Mike served as SVP Operations for SunGard’s Enterprise Incentive Management business unit. Mike was also a founder of DSPA Software which specialized in global insurance commission solutions and was instrumental in growing the company to an international client base before an acquisition by SunGard.

Ticoon announced the addition of V.P Delivery
Patrick De Angelis joins Ticoon to ramp up it’s SaaS delivery model. De Angelis brings more than 11 years of project delivery experience in information technology within the financial services sector.
As Vice President of Delivery, Patrick’s role at Ticoon is to lead the company’s service operations with a focus on quality, consistency and timely delivery to new clients.
Prior to joining the Ticoon team, Patrick headed the Corporate PMO at Maple Leaf Foods. Patrick has also served as Vice President of PMO & Delivery at Filogix where he was responsible for the implementation and management of a Project Management Office and the delivery of all projects to its clients, which included all major Canadian Banks.
