Client Relationship Manager

Ticoon Technology Inc. is looking to hire a dynamic and energetic individual to fill the role of Client Relationship Manager to assist in servicing our enterprise clients.

Purpose of the Role:

The Client Relationship Manager  is the primary point of contact between Ticoon and our enterprise client base. They will work with our Sales and Marketing and Operations teams and counterparts employed by our enterprise clients to:

  • Manage the day to day relationship between Ticoon and our clients, providing a seamless and positive experience
  • Liaise with the client support team to ensure that work is accomplished per the timelines promised to the client
  • Coordinate and assist to oversee client projects and new software releases
  • Expand awareness of Ticoon platform and existing product offerings with key executives and influencers
  • Perform product demonstrations
  • Increase user adoption of the Ticoon platform
  • Enhance the Ticoon reputation and brand

This is a junior role intended to allow successful candidate to grow with our organization.

Employee Attributes: Education, Experience and Skills:

The successful candidate will have:

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a Business-related field, or equivalent working experience
  • LLQP or other industry certificate (Preferred but not required)
  • 3 or more years of experience working in the Canadian Life Insurance market in a client or account management role
  • 1 or more years of experience in vendor-side Client Management
  • 1 or more years of business experience in working with third party software solutions and implementations

Knowledge:

  • A demonstrable understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the Carrier, MGA and Insurance Agent in the Canadian Life Insurance market
  • A demonstrable understanding of  the existing technology systems and tools used by Carriers, MGAs and Agents
  • A demonstrable understanding of the products and services offered by Canadian Insurance companies

Skills:

  • Exemplary oral and written communication abilities in English
  • Capacity to form meaningful, long-lasting relationships
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to both mixed and c-suite audiences
  • Ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities while working to deadlines

Relationships:

  • Relationships with executives in the Canadian Life Insurance industries

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management -    80%
  2. Internal meetings and reporting -      10%
  3. Demonstrations and presentations - 10%

 

1. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Key point of contact for client success, engagement and escalation
  • Liaise with internal Ticoon client team to validate that service levels are met in regards to:
    • Client resourcing and support
    • Project planning and delivery
  • Create awareness about Ticoon with key level decision makers within your client base
  • Increase Ticoon revenue from within the existing client base focusing on:
    • Offering additional professional services
    • Assist in increasing recurring revenue by increasing user adoption levels
    • Make client aware of additional product sales that complement their existing products and services
  • Attend on site client meetings when required
  • Attend client driven conferences and industry events where required

2. INTERNAL MEETINGS & REPORTING

  • Present and participate in Client Sales and Marketing strategy sessions
  • Attend company update meetings
  • Attend internal company product meetings and provide client status updates weekly

3. DEMONSTRATIONS & PRESENTATIONS

  • Schedule client meetings & presentations
  • Demonstrate Ticoon products and services to existing clients
  • Clearly articulate the capabilities and functionality of the Ticoon solution when discussing with clients
  • Participate in the RFI and RFP process as necessary to support Sales team

Special Considerations:

  • Overtime might be required
  • Overnight travel may be required within Canada
